A fresh twist on a classic, the Bounty Hunter is a crowd pleaser.

¾ oz Bounty Rum
½ oz grapefruit juice
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz sour mix
½ oz bar syrup
16 oz scoop crushed ice

Directions: Blend until slushy

Caipirinha

2oz Kweyol Spice/Chairman’s Rum
4 slices lime
1 oz brown sugar

Directions: Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Muddle mixture and stir, top with crushed ice and stir in gradually.

The Chairman’s Daiquiri

2 oz Chairman’s Rum
3 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz sugar syrup

Directions: Pour Javalatte and Amaretto into a cocktail shaker then strain into a martini glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with cherry.

Directions: Pour over ice and splash with a dash of Bitters.

soda water

Directions: Crush the mint leaves into the bottom of the glass, add Crystal Lime, lime juice, sugar syrup and crushed ice. Top up with soda water.
