Chairman’s Reserve Country Train Grand Finals
The Chairman’s Reserve Country Train ended its journey with the hosting of its Grand Finals at the Prio’s Country Place on Saturday June 5th with a massive crowd of over 1200 patrons. The Event which began at 8.00 p.m. featured 9 couples from Communities Island wide who won their preliminary round in their respective districts and was looking forward to capturing the grand prize on the night.
At the end of the evening and after a number of dance competitions Samantha Clement and Joseph Pologne emerged Champions and winning the grand prize of EC$1,000.00, a Drinks Hamper, Dinner at the Royal St. Lucian Hotel and the Trophy.
The 2nd place winners were Jules Arthur and Cynthia Williams receiving EC$500.00, Drinks Hamper, Dinner at the Rendezvous Hotel and a Trophy followed by Vanessa St. Brice and Curtis Mc Kain in 3rd place with the prizes of EC$300.00, Drinks Hamper/$100.00 Voucher from Super J and a Trophy
The Chairman’s Reserve Country Train Event which is in its third year is expected to continue as it has provided the much enjoyed environment for the Country & Western lovers throughout St. Lucia. The Organisors have expressed their appreciation to all the venues throughout the island who have worked with them to ensure that the Event is a success as well as the participants. They have indicated that they are already planning its train for 2011.

and well integrated oak toast. On the palate
concentrated, complex with velvety caramel crème
brulee and hints of vanilla, spice and chocolate from
long ageing. Well balanced and harmonious with
an exceptionally long finish. |
